The Volo Libero Bianco is a white wine, obtained from carefully selected white grapes. It was born, in fact, from a project that aims to make a wine as natural as possible, only with grapes and no other additions in the cellar. The goal is to rediscover the typical and fruity taste of healthy grapes, harvested by hand and vinified without the addition of sulphites.
